ABOUT
I am a radiation oncologist with 8 years of clinical experience — and I write about personalised approaches to disease prevention and understanding your own biology. Years working in oncology and training at The Christie Hospital in Manchester and Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore taught me one thing above all: the body gives signals long before it needs a doctor. Knowing how to read them changes everything.
A physician must never stop learning — that is my professional credo. And I carry this principle to my readers: every person deserves to understand their biology and act accordingly.
WHAT I WRITE ABOUT
How to understand your own biology before it becomes a diagnosis. Personalised disease prevention: what to screen for and how often — based on your individual risk, not a generic protocol. What early warning signs most people miss. Radiotherapy as part of personalised treatment: why one protocol does not work for everyone and how to find the best solution. How to make your body an ally, not an unexpected threat.
